Text Box: Grill Tips
 

You Need:
Weber Grill
Kingsford Charcoal
Lighter Fluid
At least 4 Beers
Lighter
Approx Time: 3 Beers
 
Step 1: Open Beer 1 
Step 2: Setup Charcoal Grill with a beer cooler, prep table, & food cooler nearby.
Get all your spatulas, tongs, dishes, pots, utensils & a pan to put the finished meat into etc.  and place on prep table near Grill.
Step 3: Spread out one single layer of charcoal on the bottom screen and Stack into a Pyramid.
Step 4: Take your lighter fluid and lightly squirt onto coals.  
Step 5: Step back, Discuss Memories & Finish Beer 1 
Double check to be sure you have everyone near the Grill.    
Step 6: Squirt a little more fluid around inside of Grill, not the coals...this is for a big dramatic blaze.
Step 7: Light the coals at the bottom layer.  
Step 8: Step back, Now Open Beer 2 and extend your arm forward over the flame and retrieve to your mouth.  
Step 9: Discuss Memories, Good Times & Enjoy the Company your in & Finish Beer 2 (Approx 20 to 30 Minutes,  more beer may needed depending on the stories)
Step 10: Open Beer 3  
Step 11: Now knock down the coals and Put Screen on Grill
Step 12: Scrape the top grill screen with a wire brush or with the very tip of spatula when you are down to half of your beer.  
Step 13: Finish Beer, Open Beer 4 and Grill Food
